My first DAY6 Membership

I have been a fan of DAY6 since their debut. Funny at it may seem, but this is my first ever membership from them. I didn't join the membership the past years mainly because of the money and I thought I won't be able to get the benefits it offers.

While I was trying to secure a ticket for their Christmas concert last 2023, I realized the importance of the membership. If only I had the third membership before, I could have got a ticket. That's why when they opened the 4th membership, I decided to get it. Thankfully, I was able to be part of the 4th membership and got a ticket for their Welcome to the Show concert.

MY DAY 4th Generation Kit Inclusions

Outbox

The outbox is just a simple carton box. It's still good and can still keep the inclusions in tact. I think it has the same quality with my Nana Tour Merch (which unfortunately I haven't posted about it yet lol).

Membership Card

This is how the 4th membership card looks like. It's so cute and I really like its color. It's just a simple card wherein your name, birthday, and membership number is written.

Photobook

This membership kit also includes a photobook. The concept photos were really good and it's nice seeing DAY6 altogether again. They really look so happy.

Photocards

Of course, everyone's favorite inclusion in every album or kit, the photocards. I used to collect DAY6 photocards but after Even of Day's Gluon album, I stopped collecting DAY6 photocards. But now, I got these photocards and I don't have plans on selling them.

Keyring

This is actually one of the cutest inclusion in this membership kit. I really liked the keyring. I am using it now so that I can easily see where my keys are. It's really on brand.

Stamp Sticker

Since I do not know where I will use this, this will just stay in the box as part of my collection.

Lucky Receipt

For the lucky receipt, there are some texts written at the back. There are also QR codes wherein if you scan it, it will redirect you to a video message from the boys.

Polariod Set

They are extremely cute on these photos. But since I don't have a binder for polaroid, this will stay in the box as well.

ID Photo

I think this ID photo can be placed in the keyring but I haven't tried it and I don't want to cut these photos yet. So, I will just let it be like that for a moment.

A PH MyDay Attending DAY6 Welcome to the Show Concert in Seoul

It feels good to see DAY6 again!

After their hiatus for almost three years, DAY6 finally came back with a BANG! To celebrate their comeback, DAY6 released their comeback album "Fourever" with the title track, "Welcome to the Show". Their title track eventually became the name of the their concert as well.

Jamsil Indoor Stadium

DAY6's Welcome to the Show concert was held at Jamsil Indoor Stadium with a capacity of 11,069. Since they have a 360-degree stage, they were able to maximize the stadium well. They had their concert from April 12-14, 2024.

I attended the second day of the concert because I believe it's the best time for me since I still have classes on Friday and Monday.

I am so thankful I met some PH MyDays outside so I was able to take a photo with this poster.

Compared to SEVENTEEN's concert, I went to the venue a little late because I have no friends to meet at the venue anyway. I actually went there around lunch time to check if the line for the merch is long. But since it was long, I just decided to go to the My Day Zone.

There were no line at the My Day Zone so I was able to get my special gift fast. After that, I went to a cafe to meet some of my GKS friends. I then went back to the venue at around 4:30pm since we will start entering by 5pm.

When I went back to the venue at that time, I noticed that the line for the merch is gone and the merch that I want is still available. So, I was able to buy it. I will share another blog post about my unboxing.

Concert Proper

This is my view at the concert. I was really happy I got this seat. I really wanted to be at this section but I never expected that my seat will be in the first row. Although there's a clear barricade in front of me, it didn't hinder my experience.

The stage was really good. I love the 360-degree stage. If they're bringing this in Manila, I think Araneta is a good place to have this kind of stage.

During the start of the concert, Sungjin was facing my side. But since the stage is turning around, I was able to see Young K and Wonpil as well. This concept was really good because everyone can have a good look at all the members.

The last time I saw DAY6 was during Gravity in Manila which was in 2019. I was actually expecting that I will cry during the concert but I felt excited to hear them again rather than an overwhelming feeling.

I was actually torn if I should take videos or just enjoy the concert. Because honestly, you would really want to just sing along with them than take videos. But at the same time, I have to practice using my Samsung S24 Ultra.

Here are some of my photos during the concert. I haven't explored much about this camera that's why it's not yet that good. But compared to my IPhone, the zoom of the S24 Ultra is really good.

Special Moments during the Concert

This is not my first time seeing DAY6. And definitely this is not my first time seeing them upclose. Because last Gravity in Manila, I was able to have a hitouch with them. But little did I know that there will be another upclose encounter with them.

Young K and Dowoon happened to walk in our section during the encore part. Like what I have mentioned earlier, I am in the first row so they were literally in front of me. I didn't expect them to be this close to me. Plus, they really glowed up from the last time I saw them.

Young K's and Dowoon's skin were glowing. I really envy their face that's why I want to have a facial here in Korea as well. haha

Although Wonpil and Sungjin didn't come to my side, I'm still happy to experience that I get to see them.

I was also so happy to hear "Happy", "Welcome to the Show" and "I Would" during this concert. I am still hoping to hear "Afraid", "Zombie", and "Marathon" soon.

My First SEVENTEEN Encore Concert

The moment that I have finally waited for - SEVENTEEN's Encore Concert in South Korea. Since I only became a fan of SEVENTEEN around 2020, this will be my first encore experience since Be The Sun didn't have any encore concert in South Korea. What made it more fun is that this is the first OT13 throughout the whole Follow concert.

Incheon Asiad Main Stadium

SEVENTEEN Follow Again to Incheon happened at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium which has around 30,000 capacity. The whole venue is so wide that going from the Merch Zone to the Carat Zone will take you a long walk. But I like it that it's big so that there are a lot of space for people since there will be a lot of people coming.

My friend and I arrived at the venue at around 10:30am. The reason why I wanted to go early is so that I can take photos when there are few people only. They have a lot of photo spots as well during this concert.

Of course I need to take a photo with Team SVT and Bongbongie.

Aside from that, I was also able to meet with some of my Carat friends. Because the signal was so bad, I wasn't able to meet most of my friends. But I'm still happy I got to meet some.

There were also a lot of restaurants near the stadium so you can eat there also before going inside the stadium. My friend and I ate Jjimdak which was actually good. I didn't have much photos when we ate because I was so hungry and sleepy.

Concert Proper

This is my view from the 5th floor. It's really far. Probably the farthest I have been to. My view was kind of obstructed too because of the speaker tower as well as the barricade. But like what I always say, there's no bad seat if SEVENTEEN is the one performing.

But mainly, I just stare at the LED screen because I am really so far.

The concert started at around 6pm KST. The sun hasn't gone down by this time so it's still a bit bright during the start of the concert.

If you have watched some of my fancams, I literally shouted when Woozi, Wonwoo, Dino and S.Coups appeared on the screen. Mainly because of their hairstyles. They have new hairstyles so I was really shocked during that time.

I don't know but I really like this look of Wonwoo. Compared to his short hair during Super, I prefer this long-haired Wonwoo. He looks even more handsome. So yes, I entered as a Wonwoo biased and I left as a Wonwoo-biased still. *ehem Joshua (my other bias) I still love you*

Special Moments during the concert

I'm so happy that they still *almost* retained the setlist from the Follow Tour. I still was able to hear Pinwheel, Run To You, All My Love and Together. Although I was heartbroken that Kidult and To You was no longer part of the setlist. I was actually waiting for the OT13 Kidult and To You.

But even if I didn't get to hear those songs, I was able to hear Yawn and Ima (Korean version), and Headliner live which made my concert experience still special.

Another special moment from the concert is the drone show. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see it because it was covered by the roof. But it still gave me goosebumps just by looking at the screen.

They really poured it all during this concert. I felt that they were really sincere with their love for Carats. And I'm proud to be one. Like what the message on the drone show says, "I'll be Carat again if I were to be born again".

This whole concert made me realize how much special SEVENTEEN is to me. It's not my first time seeing them but it will always feel like it is. They are just a group you really won't be able to resist.

UNBOXING: Wonwoo Keyboard and Camera Bag from the Artist-Made Collection

I got Wonwoo's Keyboard and Camera Bag

This is probably the most worth it merchandise I have ever purchased that is K-Pop related. Aside from the fact that it is a merch from my bias in SEVENTEEN (Wonwoo), it is also something that a multimedia artist like me can use.

If you have read my blog about my visit at the Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN Season 2, you knew that I was searching for a keyboard and camera bag even before Wonwoo released his products. So, it's really a must-buy for me. Now, I'll be showing you how these looks like.

Wonwoo Love Packed Keyboard

As a not so techy person, I don't know the specs of this keyboard so I can only talk about how it looks and what I liked about this one.

As you know, Wonwoo is a gamer that is why he decided to create his own keyboard for this collection. The reason why it's purple is because it's his favorite color.

What made this keyboard even more special is that the letters and numbers here are Wonwoo's handwriting. Aside from that, he also placed the Korean characters along with the English characters. For the up down left right arrows and ESC, he made some special characters that will represent him, Seol and Carats.

There is also a quote at the side of the keyboard.

You can also change how the light in the keyboard works.

I actually liked almost everything about this keyboard including the sound. My only concern was it doesn't have a number pad. As someone who is used to with having a number pad, it's a little hard to get used to having none. But overall, I like it. I can say it's worth the purchase.

There is also a photocard and making log included when you buy this.

Wonwoo Love Packed Cross Bag

Since Wonwoo is also into photography these days, he decided to create a camera bag but at the same time still has a vibe of a normal vibe. At first, I was a bit hesitant to buy this because of its color. But after trying my camera inside my bag, I think I made the right choice.

I was a concert and event photographer when I was in the Philippines and I remember not having a decent camera bag. Now, I finally have a bag to use when I take photos.

Aside from the fact that it's a camera bag, when you remove the divider inside, the carat bong fits there too making it a good concert bag as well.

Price: 89,000 KRW

SEVENTEEN Artist-Made Collection Season 2

I'm back for the Season 2 of Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN

Weeks after I moved to South Korea, my first ever K-Pop related purchase was during the Season 1 of the Artist-Made Collection by SEVENTEEN. After a few months, SEVENTEEN finally released the second season of their merch. I was really looking forward to Wonwoo's items.

SEVENTEEN Artist-Made Collection Season 2 Pop-Up

The pop-up event was also held at the same location from the last pop-up. And just like before, the pop-up was divided into two parts - the merch shop and the showroom. But compared to last time, the pop-up date for the second season is longer.

The members for this season is Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi and The8.

Merch Shop

I heard that the line for the merch shop was insane so my friend Vivi and I decided to line up early. We lined up at 8am, got our queue at 8:30am and we were already at 500 queue. I don't know if it's because it's still on the 4th (?) day of the pop-up that's why there are a lot of people lining up.

But still, the 500 is not that bad. I had high hopes that I can still buy the merch that I am looking forward to - Wonwoo's Keyboard and Camera Bag.

Just some fun fact, weeks before they announced the second season of the Artist-Made Collection, I was already looking for a keyboard and camera bag in Coupang. Good thing I didn't buy yet because Wonwoo will be releasing his own version of it.

I also wanted to buy the other members' products but Wonwoo's products are already expensive and I cannot afford to buy all of them. Plus, I still have concerts to attend to. So, my budget is really limited.

When we entered the merch shop, the line was so long for the payment. Also, Woozi's merch was already sold out for that day.

Just like what happened to me during the first season, my enter time with the merch shop and the showroom coincided with each other. So when we were at the merch shop, I had no choice but to just get the things that I will buy, line up, and leave for the Showroom.

Showroom

I liked the showroom for this season because everything looks cute. The place looks more spacious than the time I went to before.

Even the part where there are a lot of lightsticks, I like it. You know how much I don't like the color of the new Carat bong. But when it was placed there together with some flowers and mirrors, it was a little bit okay.
