DAY6 The Present is Definitely the Christmas Present I Need
Just like how I wanted to watch SEVENTEEN's Caratland in South Korea, for DAY6, I badly want to watch The Present. The Present has been their annual Christmas special concert. Last 2023, unfortunately, I failed to get a ticket because my payment was not pushing through. So, this 2024, I made sure that I'll be able to watch it no matter what happens.
DAY6 The Present Ticketing
The venue for this year's The Present is at Gocheok Skydome. I was actually aiming for the first floor instead of the floor but to my surprise when I entered the ticketing site, I was able to get a seat on F11 - which is a floor seat. Before ticketing I told myself, if there will still be seats at F11 then I'll get that. And thankfully, there was.

This was my second fastest ticketing here in South Korea. The first one was Super Junior's Super Show Spin-Off Halftime in Seoul which only took me 5 minutes.
I am also so happy that they have physical tickets again for this concert. Earlier this year, it used to be just an e-ticket but starting DAY6 3rd World Tour Forever Young, they came back with a physical ticket but this time not a paper ticket but a PVC ticket.
Memorable Moments at the Concert
DAY6 making history as the first K-band to have a solo concert at Gocheok Sky Dome
From performing to small halls, now we're here at Gocheok Sky Dome - well, even Gocheok Sky Dome feels small too. That's how big DAY6 is now. I am very proud of what they have achieved. We all know it wasn't an easy journey and it took them years to finally be here. I can't wait to see more of DAY6 this 2025.
Meeting the Korean friend that I met last Forever Young in Incheon
One of the things that I was looking forward to was to see my friend who I met last concert. I was so happy that both of us were able to get a ticket. I really wanted to practice my Korean speaking skills but I still lack the confidence and knowledge to speak. But I'm happy I met her.
Hearing Colors again + Orchestra
The opening song for this concert is Colors which has been my longest favorite DAY6 song before Afraid. Hearing it again feels so nostalgic. Although I will be very honest, there's something missing when I heard this song again. But that doesn't mean that it's not good. It just have a different vibe now.
Aside from that, the orchestra made the sound even fuller. It made me emotional as well to the point that I cried while listening to the songs. It reminded of those days.
I got the signed balloon
Okay, it's not really a signed sign. But it's an imprinted sign of the balloon. But still, I was thankful that I got this for memories. That may be is the reason why I got tickets at the floor seats. I was able to get another balloon for my friend as well.
